When logging in to the MedAdvisor app (or other apps powered by MedAdvisor) you may be asked to provide an additional security step - mobile number confirmation.
Email confirmation is a quick way for us to authenticate your account details and keep your information safe and secure.
When logging in to the app you may be occasionally presented with the following Mobile number confirmation screen.
Please follow these steps:
Open your SMS text app on your phone with your unique confirmation code
- Copy the code and enter it into the mobile confirmation code field
- Select Continue
You will now have access to your app account.
What if the code expires?
You should enter the mobile confirmation code as soon as possible. If the code expires, simply select Resend code
