When processing an app order, you may need to notify the patient of one of the following scenarios:
- Medication is marked as On Order
- The entire order is marked as Dismissed
- Medications are marked as Unable to fill
Problem with order (see below screenshot) will appear at the top of the Home screen and app users can click on this to see more information.
Please note: Patients will continue to receive in-app messages, push-notifications and e-mail reminders based on their preferences.
