From the end of April 2025, MedAdvisor will no longer support Microsoft Single Sign On for the MedAdvisor app. Patients who have previously logged in using Microsoft Single Sign On will be able to set up a password when they try to sign in using Microsoft Single Sign On.
Patients must select Set up a Password OR Log out, use another log in method.
Set up a Password
- After selecting Set up a Password, enter email or mobile number and select Send Instructions
- The patient will receive an sms or email with a link to create their password
- When the link is selected, they can enter last name, create a password and select Submit
Please note: Password must include a minimum character count and be a strong password
- The patient can now login to the app directly with their email or mobile number and their newly created password.
