When logging in to the MedAdvisor app (or other apps powered by MedAdvisor) you may be asked to provide an additional security step - email confirmation.
Email confirmation is a quick way for us to authenticate your account details and keep your information safe and secure.
When logging in to the app you may be occasionally presented with the following Email confirmation screen.
Please follow these steps:
- Log in to your email (e.g Gmail or Outlook) and find your confirmation email.
- Open the email from MedAdvisor with your unique email confirmation code
- Copy the code and enter it into the email confirmation code field
- Select Continue
You will now have access to your app account.
What if the code expires?
You should enter the email confirmation code as soon as possible. If the code expires, simply select Resend code
What if I can't access the email address?
If you no longer have access to your email, please visit your favourite pharmacy to update your e-mail address. You may be required to provide proof-of-identification.
