If a pharmacy has customers on a branded app, what is the best way to move the customers to a different branded app?
We recommend that the pharmacy uses the Communications feature in PlusOne to let their branded app (Powered by MedAdvisor) customers know the pharmacy will be re-branding and that the customers should download the new branded app to continue using all the great features in the app.

We recommend this is done on the day prior or on the day when you inform MedAdvisor you are ready for them to switch over from one branded app to another.
Will customers be able to access the previous branded app (Powered by MedAdvisor) once the pharmacy has re-branded?
No, the login for the previously branded app (Powered by MedAdvisor) will no longer work, however the customer can access the new branded app with the same login details.
If a customer has the branded app, do they need to be signed up again to use the MedAdvisor app?
No, the customer does not need to be signed up again. The customer will need to download the new branded app and use the same login details as their branded app to log in to the branded app.
