On the login screen, select “Forgot Your Password?”.
You’ll be asked to confirm your email address (your MedAdvisor username) and a new password will be emailed to you.
Once you log in with your new password, you are able to change the password (Go to ‘Settings | Privacy & Security | Change Password’)
