To change any of their details in the app, customers can go to Settings and select 'My Profile'. By clicking Edit at the top corner of the page they can update their details.
Alternatively the pharmacy can edit customer details in PlusOne via the Manage Customers tab.
To do this first search for the patient in Manage Customer, double click them to open their profile. You will then be able to go to the Details page of their profile to edit any information related to their account.
