MedAdvisor uses Medicare numbers to identify who a customer is in the dispense system. If a customers Medicare number in MedAdvisor does not match exactly as in dispense, scripts will not be synced in some cases.
Solution
- Search for the customer in Manage Customers
- Click the customer details and select 'Update Medicare'
- Type in the correct Medicare number and select 'Add'
- This will update from the next dispense that is done for that customer.
