By default, MedAdvisor syncs all scripts from all pharmacies based on Medicare numbers.
Another pharmacy may have accidentally dispensed the script to the incorrect Medicare number which is why your customer would see incorrect scripts on their profile.
To fix this issue please contact MedAdvisor support and request that the incorrect Medicare number is removed and add the correct medicare number.
