MedAdvisor for Pharmacy allows you to send a manual SMS to any SMS reminder patients or patients manually added to the system. You can schedule these manual messages to be sent at a later date/time. Please follow these steps:
- In the left-hand menu of MedAdvisor for Pharmacy select Patients
- Search for the patient or view the patient in the recently dispensed list
- Select the drop-down arrow and choose Manual message
- The New SMS pop-up will appear allowing to select from a template OR type directly in the Message section
- Type your message
- Select Schedule message and enter the date and time you would like the message to be sent
- Select Schedule send
Please note: SMS charges apply. You will receive a warning when you exceed the single SMS limit (160 characters).
