SMS reminders - Inbox Alerts

SMS reminders - Inbox Alerts

Pharmacists will be alerted when an SMS patient has been dispensed new medications so that a review can be done on the appropriate reminders that are needed for the patient and adjusted, if required.

Example: If a patient is dispensed a new blood pressure medication, an alert will appear to review the SMS reminders to stop sending reminders for the old medication.

  • In the Home tab you will see if there are any SMS reminders to review

  • Select the on/off tab under the patients profile to confirm the SMS reminders and select Confirm

  • Alternatively, you may select Confirm all showing to do a bulk action

  • Select the <- back button to return to the Inbox
