Please note: You MUST have previously created an ASL account with your GP or Pharmacist in order to connect ASL in the app.
When connecting your app to the Active Script List (ASL) your account details may not match, and you will receive the following error message:
- Select Try again and re-enter your ASL Activation Code, First name, Last name and Date of birth. Make sure the details match the information provided when creating your ASL account with your pharmacist or doctor. Select Continue
- If you receive the ASL connection failed error message again, please visit your pharmacist for help.
- Once you have confirmed your account is correct and contacted your pharmacist, you may try again.
