QLD Hormonal Contraception - Get Started Checklist
To access the QLD Hormonal Contraception module, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Have a subscription to Medadvisor for Pharmacy software (formerly PlusOne by Medadvisor)
- Apply for your eRX registration number - How to generate an eRX Registration number - Queensland Pilot Prescribing Pharmacists – MedAdvisor
- Have access to your Individual Identifier (HPI-I) and Organisation Identifier (HPI-O)
- Have access to your Prescriber Number
The Hormonal Contraception Pilot is a new service being piloted in participating QLD pharmacies from August 2024 that requires prescribing and secure communication integrations to MedAdvisor for Pharmacy. Please click the below link to upgrade.
Please follow the below steps to Get Started with Medadvisor for Pharmacy web version or download the checklist (see below).
- Login via https://pharmacy.medadvisor.com.au
- Set Up 2 Factor Authentication
- Assign staff roles and additional logins
- Set up your pharmacist profile
- Consent to Hola Health for prescribing
- Search for a GP and set up secure messaging (powered by FOXO)
Please note: DO NOT go to Foxo directly to create an account. Your account will be created as part of the MedAdvisor onboarding process.
- Set Calendar availability for bookings
- Set up Health Services Hub - Pharmacist Consultation
- Invite patients in the Health Service Hub (optional)
