Manage Pharmacists - Service Settings

Medadvisor for Pharmacy allows you to manage pharmacists (and authorised immunisers) all in one place. This section allows you to: 
  1. Add new pharmacists (and authorised immunisers)
  2. Update details (including information for prescribing and secure messaging)
  3. Delete pharmacists

Please note: You can access these details individually within the service forms

Please follow these steps: 

  • Select Patients in the menu

  • Select Service settings

  1. Select Manage pharmacists 

  1. You will see list of all pharmacists (and authorised immunisers) previously added at your pharmacy



Add new pharmacist


  1. Select + Add Pharmacist


  1. Enter the pharmacist details (including all compulsory fields)

Please note: You will be required to add information into all fields to access full scope of practice services. 

  1. Select Add pharmacist 

The pharmacist will now be available to select when recording patient services. 


Update details 


  1. Select the pencil icon next to the pharmacist you would like to update information for

  1. The Edit pharmacist pop-up will appear. Update the details required and select Update details



Delete a pharmacist


  1. Select the checkbox next to the pharmacist or pharmacists you'd like to delete

Please note: You can also select the trash icon next to each individual pharmacist
  1. Select Delete selected and choose Delete

Please note: The pharmacists will be permanently deleted. This step cannot be undone.
