If you sign a patient up using the Script Tracker preference, they will not receive any notifications or reminders from MedAdvisor. This function is used when you would like customers to appear on reports (e.g compliance and Script Tracker reports) in MedAdvisor for Pharmacy so that the pharmacy can monitor the customer's medication, however the customer would not like to be notified. The report can be found in Business Insights by selecting the Script Tracker tab.

To sign a customer up, please follow these steps: 

• In the left-hand menu, select Patients

• Search for the patient or select from the Recently dispensed customers list

Please note: You may search by name, address, medicare number, or date of birth

• Patients who are NOT previously signed up to App or SMS reminders or Unsubscribed will show Sign Up under User Type. Select Sign Up

• The Sign up patient pop-up will appear. Select the Script Tracker tab

• Select the drugs you would to track/view in script tracker reports

• Enter your Staff initials to indicate that the patient consents 

• Select Save & Close
