How to access Business Insights
MedAdvisor for Pharmacy - Business Insights provides you with a view into the metrics of how your pharmacy and customers engagement is performing. MedAdvisor for Pharmacy has curated this platform to deliver a simplified, consistent and clear view of different services and measures available.
- Go to Business Insights in the menu
- Select Medadvisor Analytics
- Select the View graph by from the drop down e.g day, week or month
- Select Date range
- Select a report Category
Orders tab: Total number of app orders, total in-app payments, deliveries, average order value.
Users tab: Summary of users, active users, sms reminder users and carers.
Services tab: Total number of services, vaccination type table, MedsChecks, Staged Supply
Covid Vaccinations: Total vaccinations, dose number, Moderna
- Select Apply. The date range will then change on the top right-hand side of the screen
- To download an excel report, select the download icon
Staff sign up report
To view the staff in your pharmacy that are actively signing up customers to the app, please follow these steps.
- Go to Business Insights in the menu
- Select Medadvisor Analytics
- Select Users
- Select the Date range
- Select Staff sign ups to generate a report
