For information on how to get started with MFP Web, please start with the following KB articles:

Do I need to use my authenticator App every time I log in to MFP on the web?
When you successfully log in to MFP Web on a new device and enter in your authentication code, you can also choose to “Remember this device” so that the authentication code is not required the next time you sign in on the same device.
Can I use my existing account details to access the Web version?
A pharmacy can use their existing Project Stop log in credentials to access MFP Web. When the pharmacy first signs in using their Project Stop account, we ask that the pharmacy sets up individual user accounts for each of their staff members who need to access MFP Web.
What do I do if I’m working across multiple stores?
A pharmacy admin account can add a staff member to be granted access to the pharmacy’s MFP (this staff member will be asked to create a new account and set up 2-Factor Authentication if they don’t already have an account). When the staff member signs in using their account, they will be able to select the pharmacy they wish to access.
A staff member can be added to multiple pharmacies (using the same email address account credentials) in this manner – and when they sign in using their account credentials, they can select from a list of pharmacies to choose from.
For example:
What if I change my phone or uninstall the App?
You can navigate to Account Settings in MedAdvisor for Pharmacy, to Two-factor Authentication and select “Change Authenticator App”, which allows you to set up 2FA again on a new device or App.
What if I can’t log in with 2FA?
You will need to use your recovery code that you saved or written down, when you set up 2FA. If you no longer have this recover code, then please contact Support.
Are there any differences between MFP installed on my computer, and MFP accessed from the Web?
Both the MedAdvisor for Pharmacy installed client and MFP Web client are running on the same web-based platform, with almost no differences between the two.
For example, when running on MedAdvisor for Pharmacy Web, you will not be able to see any pop-ups after dispensing, because there is no installed component to display these pop-ups (and because tablets do not support this functionality).
The only other difference is that, in Health Services Hub, the “Refresh Eligible Customers” button is not available in MFP Web, only available in installed client.
Please note:
FRED Dispense & Minfos pharmacies only: If your computer is running FRED Dispense or Minfos, we do recommend MFP to be installed on your computer, so that medications dispensed on that machine can be reflected in MFP.
All other dispense software: At least one, main machine needs MFP Installed so that medications dispensed at your pharmacy will be reflected in MFP.
