Can I get a list of customers who are eligible for a particular service so I can speak to them about the service?

You can see a list of eligible customers via selecting Health Services Hub and the service you would like to see eligible customers for. You can select Service Information and then View Eligible Customers. You are able to export the list in Excel, CSV or PDF formats.

IMPORTANT: Please note that sending SMS messages via the Health Services Hub attracts a charge per SMS sent (max. 161 characters per SMS). You will be asked to confirm sending these messages by selecting OK. Please select this button ONLY ONCE to avoid paying for duplicate messages.
