A filter is located on the top left side of the eligible customers list. You can select this to filter which customers you would like to send a message to according to whether they are a MedAdvisor app customer, SMS reminder customer, or a customer who has a mobile number in dispense but is not signed up to MedAdvisor. You can also see a list of customers who you do not have contact details for.
Please follow these steps:
- In the menu, select Health Services Hub
- Select the service tile you would like to invite your eligible patients to and select the --> arrow.
Please note: Not all tiles allow you to proactively invite and send messages to patients. Tiles that send message include: 8CPA, Flu Program, Covid-19 Program, Pharmacist Consultation (Queensland only), Monitoring services, Pharmacy Services tile and Guild Corporate Health (participating pharmacies only).
- Select Set up Service +
- Select Create Message
- At the top under Step 1: Select Customers you can filter by customer type e.g app or sms, last dispense and last service to send a message to the patients of your choice.
