What is SMS fall-back?

 

Medadvisor has the capability of allowing patients who are signed up using “Instant Sign Up” but do not complete the account registration process within 10 days, to automatically receive reminders via SMS.

This means your patients will receive the benefits of medication reminders, leading to improved adherence, script fills, customer loyalty and incremental revenue for the pharmacy.

This will apply for patients who are signed up with a mobile number only. If the patient has provided their email address and does not complete the account registration process, they will receive reminders via email (no cost to you).

The SMS reminders will be automatically activated for new and existing App sign ups who haven't completed the account registration process. A patient will only receive an SMS reminder if and when they are due for their next repeat script.
