User Management - Reset 2FA (Two factor authentication)

Medadvisor for Pharmacy allows admin users to reset two factor authentication for other Medadvisor for Pharmacy web users. Please follow these steps: 

  • Log in to the web version and select the icon in the top right-hand corner of Medadvisor for Pharmacy (web version only) to access Account settings

  1. Select User management

  1. Select Edit next to the user you would like to reset two factor authentication for



  1. Select Reset 2FA


  1. Select Yes, reset 

  1. You will receive a confirmation that the users two factor authentication has been reset
