Medadvisor for Pharmacy service forms will pre-populate with data from the last completed form of the same type from the previously completed form. This includes disease, vaccine, site, dosage and batch details. Pre-populated data can be modified, as needed. 

Pre-populated data from the last immunisation form is turned on by default. 

To manage your settings, please follow these steps: 

• In the menu, select Patients

• Select Service settings

• Select Vaccine data pre-population

• Select the toggle next to the form you would like to turn data pre-population on or off

• Select Save Settings to save any changes
