Recording Services - Patient sign up during services
MedAdvisor for Pharmacy makes signing up patients to the app easy when recording a service.
Please note: You will only see the Patient sign up selection for patients who are not signed up to the app
At the bottom of most forms, you will be able to sign the patient up to the MedAdvisor, and MedAdvisor powered apps. After reviewing a service form, please follow these steps:
- Ask the patient if they would like to sign up
Complete the training course or join a webinar for more on patient sign up best practices
Once the patient consents to signing up, select Sign up patient to MedAdvisor on form completion
- The Sign up patients pop-up will appear, with App and Instant Sign-Up preselected
You have various options to sign up the patient:
App - Instant Sign Up – MedAdvisor (recommended)
