When recording services in Medadvisor for Pharmacy, all consultations will have a unique consultation ID which can be viewed in document history and reports. 

To view the consultation ID for a previously recorded service, please follow these steps: 

• Select Patients in the menu

• Search for the patient or select from the recently dispensed customers list and select Record Service
  

• Scroll down to the RECENT SERVICES tab and select the arrow -> on completed consultations

• Select the three (3) dots in the top right-hand corner and select Document history

• You will see the Consultation date & time, Consultation ID, Pharmacist who performed the service, Action status and Notes.

Please note: The Consultation ID can be copied and then pasted into the Service Report search
