You may generate and download a report of all consultations recorded as part of the QSOP services including: 

- Pharmacist Consultation 

- Continued Dispensing 

- Chronic Condition Management

- Therapeutic Adaptation or Substitution

Please follow these steps: 

• In the Patients section (Record Services), select Reports and choose QSOP Report

The report includes Consultation ID, Consultation Date, Patient Name, Suburb, State, Postcode, Consultation Name, Document Status and Pharmacist. 

• You can filter by date range (this month is pre-selected), consultation ID and document status. 

• Select the arrow ( ->) to view the individual consultation 

The report can be viewed and downloaded as an EXCEL file. 

• Select Download in the top right-hand corner
