How to send a manual message to an app patient

Medadvisor for Pharmacy allows you to send a manual message to any app patients. 

 

Please follow these steps: 

• In the menu of Medadvisor for Pharmacy select Patients

 

• Search for the patient or view the patient in the recently dispensed list

 

• Under User Type, select App

 

• Select the Messages (Delivered) tab and select New Message

 

• Type your message and select Submit
