Medadvisor for Pharmacy allows you to schedule a manual SMS to be sent at a later time/date to any SMS reminder patients or patients manually added to the system.

• In the left-hand menu of MedAdvisor for Pharmacy select Patients

• Search for the SMS patient or view the patient in the recently dispensed list, ensuring their User type is SMS
  

• Select the drop-down arrow and choose Manual message 

• The New SMS pop-up will appear allowing to select from a template OR type directly in the Message section

• Select Schedule message and choose the date and time you would like the message to be sent

• Type your message

• Select Schedule send

Please note: SMS charges apply. You will receive a warning when you exceed the single SMS limit (160 characters).
