How to schedule a manual SMS to be sent at a later date/time

Medadvisor for Pharmacy allows you to send a manual SMS to any SMS reminder patients or patients manually added to the system. You can schedule these manual messages to be sent at a later date/time. Please follow these steps: 

  • In the menu of Medadvisor for Pharmacy select Patients

  • Search for the patient or view the patient in the recently dispensed list

  • Select the drop-down arrow and choose Manual message

  • The New SMS pop-up will appear allowing to select from a template OR type directly in the Message section

  • Type your message

 

  • Select Schedule message and enter the date and time you would like the message to be sent

Please note: SMS charges apply. You will receive a warning when you exceed the single SMS limit (160 characters).
