How to schedule a manual SMS to be sent at a later date/time
Medadvisor for Pharmacy allows you to send a manual SMS to any SMS reminder patients or patients manually added to the system. You can schedule these manual messages to be sent at a later date/time. Please follow these steps:
In the menu of Medadvisor for Pharmacy select Patients
Search for the patient or view the patient in the recently dispensed list
Select the drop-down arrow and choose Manual message
The New SMS pop-up will appear allowing to select from a template OR type directly in the Message section
Type your message
Select Schedule message and enter the date and time you would like the message to be sent
Select Schedule send
Please note: SMS charges apply. You will receive a warning when you exceed the single SMS limit (160 characters).
