How to link an existing patient in carer mode to ASL (Active Script List)
To link a patient who is already in carer mode to the Active Script List in the app, please follow these steps:
- Obtain an ASL / MySL activation code from the pharmacy for the person being cared for
- Login to the app and select Menu and Settings
- Select Activation and ASL
Please note: You can also select Carer mode and then choose Activation and ASL
- Select + Add ASL under the ASL Activation Code heading
- Choose the person being cared for whose ASL activation code you have from the pharmacy and select Continue
- The patients name and date of birth will be pre-populated. Enter the ASL Activation code and select the consent checkbox and choose Continue
The cared for patients account is now linked to the Active Script List (ASL).
