How to create a MedAdvisor app account and sync your Active Script List (ASL) prescriptions - NEW customers only
To create a new app account that is linked to Active Script List (ASL) for e-prescriptions, please follow these steps:
IMPORTANT: You must obtain an ASL Activation Code from your pharmacist and consent via email or sms to link your account to your favourite pharmacy.
- Download the MedAdvisor app from the Apple AppStore or GooglePLAY on your smartphone or device
- Under the heading Need an account? select Create account here
- Under the heading ASL Activation Code select Connect
- You must obtain an ASL Activation Code from your pharmacist. Enter the ASL Activation Code, First name, Last name and Date of birth. Select Continue
- Secure your account by entering an email address (not associated an existing app account), mobile number (optional) and create a password. Select the checkbox to agree to the MedAdvisor Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and select Continue
- A pop-up will appear showing ASL is connected
- All active synced electronic prescriptions will show in the app with eScript Active on ASL under the Prescription Medication information and can be ordered from your favourite pharmacy
