Group bookings
You must update your customer booking website if you have it linked on your website or social media platforms.
When a patient books via your Medadvisor Customer Booking Website, they will be able to book for up to six (6) people in a group e.g their family.
- The patient will select a date and select a service type
- When the service is selected, the patient has the option to book for 1 person OR A group of people. If a group is selected, they can choose how many people are in the group and can select Continue
- The patient will select the next available booking time or select from other available times and select Continue
- Details can be entered for the main contact and select Next Person for other people in the group
Please note: All compulsory details e.g date of birth and address must be filled out to proceed to the next person.
- Once all members of the group's details are entered, the patient can select Confirm booking after reviewing/editing all details.
- A confirmation will be sent to the patients email who booked and they must select the Consent checkbox to confirm they have read and accept the Medadvisor Terms and Conditions and Privacy policy, as well as reCatpure/ I am not a robot.
Finally, the patient must select Confirm booking
- They will receive a confirmation that the Group Booking is Confirmed including the booking reference and can optionally complete the pre-screening questionnaire (where applicable) and Book another appointment as required.
- The bookings will appear in Bookings tab of Medadvisor for Pharmacy in the Booked services tab and in the Calendar tab.
