Medadvisor for Pharmacy allows you to generate a patient signing sheet for Dose Administration Aid services for patients. Please follow these steps: 

• In the menu select Patients

• Search for the patient or select from the recently dispensed customers list and select Record Service

• Patients, with ACTIVE DAA's will be shown. Select Generate patient signing sheet

• A pop-up will appear. Select the date range for the DAA signing sheet and select Print

A PDF will be generated that you can print and put in the patient's file. The form requires a pharmacy and patient signature and allows for written notes/comments.
