Calendar - How to access your public customer booking link URL

Patients can book appointments via the calendar public booking link. The public booking link will include all services enabled at your pharmacy, and the appointment dates and times which are available (after calendar set up). 

To access your pharmacy's public customer booking link, please follow these steps:

 

• In the left-hand menu, select Bookings and Calendar

 

• Select Get Public Link

 

• A pop-up will appear. The link is your public website access which can be shared with your customers by selecting Copy and pasting to social media, your website and sent to patients to book an appointment at your pharmacy. This link will allow customers to book for any publicly visible services.
