Book a telehealth consult and push the e-script to the app

Medadvisor's Telehealth feature allows patients to book a telehealth consultation and push their e-script into the app. Please follow these steps:

• When a patients prescription has no repeats remaining they will receive reminders to visit the doctor for a new script and may select Book a telehealth consultation

 

Please note: Telehealth must be activated at your pharmacy for patients to see this option. 

 

• The patient can select their preferred Telehealth service

 

 

• When the patient has finished their telehealth consultation they may be sent an e-script via SMS. This e-script can be opened in the app by selecting the link and clicking ADD TO APP

 

 

• The patient will see a confirmation that the e-script has been added

 

• The e-script will appear in the patient's prescription medication list with the status Not Yet Supplied and is marked as an eScript token

 

 

• The patient can now order the medication by selecting ORDER
