App settings - How to enable Snap-n-send for app patients

Medadvisor for Pharmacy software allows you to enable snap-n-send for your app patients. This will allow your patient to attach a photo of new scripts to order.

Please note: This feature is enabled by default

 

• Select Settings in the top right corner of MedAdvisor for Pharmacy and select App Settings

 

• The Tap-to-refill tab allows you to update your tap-to-refill options that affect patient apps. Select the tick-box next to each setting to enable them including patient messages, allowing OTC and NDSS orders and more

 

• Select Snap-n-send enabled to turn the feature on/off for patients in the app

 

• Select Save
