AI Assist (powered by Heidi) - Set Up & Access
Medadvisor for Pharmacy allows pharmacists to access AI Assist (powered by Heidi) to record and transcribe patient interactions and improve clinical note taking.
Medadvisor is currently BETA testing this feature with a select group of pharmacies. Please contact support@medadvisor.com.au to register your interest. *Charges may apply
- Once you have been granted access to the AI Assist feature, you will see the AI Assist button in the top right corner of Medadvisor for Pharmacy
- Select AI Assist to launch the Heidi widget and select Continue in a new window
- Enter your email address and password and select Sign In
- Select your specialty and country, agree to the policies and terms of use and select Continue
- Your account will be verified and linked, select Continue
- You will receive a message that your account set up is completed.
Your AI Assist - Heidi Widget is now available in the bottom-right corner of your Medadvisor for Pharmacy software.
