AI Assist (powered by Heidi) - Set Up & Access

Medadvisor for Pharmacy allows pharmacists to access AI Assist (powered by Heidi) to record and transcribe patient interactions and improve clinical note taking.

Medadvisor is offering FREE ACCESS to all pharmacies until December 8th, 2026.

Set up - Launching the AI Assist widget

  1. Once you have been granted access to the AI Assist feature, you will see the AI Assist button in the top right corner of Medadvisor for Pharmacy

  1. Read and accept the AI Assist Terms & Conditions by entering your full name, selecting the checkbox and selecting 


  1. Select AI Assist to launch the Heidi widget and select Continue in a new window


  1. Enter your email address and password and select Sign In

IMPORTANT: We recommend to register with your pharmacy email address.


  1. Select your specialty and country, agree to the policies and terms of use and select Continue


  1. Your account will be verified and linked, select Continue

  1. You will receive a message that your account set up is completed. 


Your AI Assist - Heidi Widget is now available in the bottom-right corner of your Medadvisor for Pharmacy software.

The consent pop-up will automatically launch when you start transcribing.


To alter your consent pop-up settings for AI Assist - Heidi Scribe, please follow these steps: 

  1. Select the three dots in the top-right corner of the widget

  1. Select Account settings > Display controls

  1. Select the toggle to on under Show consent pop-up



The consent pop-up will prompt you, each time you launch AI Assist, to obtain consent from the patient to transcribe the session.
