Applies to: HealthEngine Integration, PlusOne Calendar, PlusOne Record Services, COVID Vaccination Recording and COVID Vaccination Pre-Screening Form.
Please follow these steps:
1. Select Record Services in the left hand menu and search for the patient
2. The patients profile will appear, next Select the dropdown SERVICE menu and then select COVID-19 Vaccination.
3. Fill out the details for the vaccination
Note: If you have not updated your immunisation provider number in PlusOne, please follow the steps in the link attached. How to record immunisations and upload to AIR
Also, please access the attached article to update your details to allow patients vaccination history from AIR to display in PlusOne. AIR - View a Patients Vaccination History in PlusOne - SET UP
Note: Additional fields for the COVID recording form include Dose Number in the vaccination section. This field is mandatory.
Important: Automatic claiming is not available for COVID vaccinations, the automatic claiming process is only available for MedsChecks and Diabetes MedsChecks at this stage.
However we will soon be integrating with the PPA for automatic claiming for COVID vaccinations, please follow the steps in the attached article PPA Auto Claiming to link PlusOne with your Pharmacy Programs Administrator Portal (if you have not previously linked for MedsChecks and Diabetes MedsChecks) in preparation for when this feature is available.
