This program is now available to your patients newly prescribed TRAJENTA® and aims to support the quality use of medicines and help improve medication adherence. You can view the program within the DAP tile in the Health Services Hub.
Digital Adherence Programs are a MedAdvisor service designed to drive quality use of medicines through targeted messages to educate patients on medications they have already been prescribed. It can address known issues that adversely impact safety, adherence, persistence or effectiveness of medicines and improves adherence to medication, leading to an increase in revenue for your business.
This program aims to support patients who have received their first dispense of Trajenta within the last 3 months.
The Digital Adherence Program is automatically enabled in the tile.
Pharmacies can also view your eligible patients within this page by clicking on the 'View Eligible Customers' button on the right-hand menu.
The pharmacy can also view all messages which are sent to their patients throughout the journey to help improve adherence.
