The program is automatically activated in the tile in the Health Services Hub.

Steps:
1. The pharmacy can click on the link in the pop-up which will appear when an eligible patient is present in the pharmacy.
2. The pharmacy will be required to provide the patient with the FESS First Information Sheet FESS First Information Sheet to print and provide to the patient.
1. Pop Up Notification
A pop-up notification will automatically appear when a pharmacy dispenses to an eligible patients prescribed a medicated nasal spray.
2. Patient Information Leaflet
The leaflet includes details on Fess, explaining the opportunity to receive helpful information about FESS aimed at improving patients knowledge and management of nasal congestion.
3. Payment
The program sponsor will provide a payment of $1.50 to your pharmacy for each FESS First Information Sheet you print and provide to the patient.
Payments will be made to your pharmacy by MedAdvisor. Click this link for instructions on how to update your pharmacy's remittance details.
