Patients can book appointments via the calendar booking link. The booking link will include all services enabled at your pharmacy, and the appointment dates and times which are available (after calendar set up). The patient can access the booking link via messages sent from the Health Services Hub, and also directly via the link, the link can be advertised on various platforms including social media, website etc.
To book a service via the link, the patient will be directed to the pharmacies unique calendar set up.
- From the dropdown menu the patient can filter for the service that they would like to book from the available services at your pharmacy.
- Once selected the patient can choose the date and time that they would like and select BOOK
3. The patient is required to enter First Name, Last Name, Mobile and Email (and security question)
The appointment booking will then be sent to the pharmacy and the pharmacy will receive a message in the PlusOne Inbox, showing the patients details and service booked with date and time.
The patient will receive an e-mail confirmation of the appointment and an e-mail reminder 24 hours before their appointment.
The patient also has the option to fill out a pre-screening form prior to their appointment.
