When a patient books for a Guild Corporate Health vaccination appointment, you will see the booking details in MedAdvisor for Pharmacy, and you can launch the Immunidation service form from the booking with the pre-screening form automatically filled out (if the patient submitted it).
MedAdvisor for Pharmacy MUST be used to record services. Health Engine and other third-party systems must NOT be used.
Please follow these steps:
- In the menu of MedAdvisor for Pharmacy, select Bookings
- Today’s bookings will be visible in the Booked services tab. You can see the time of the booking, the name of the patient, the service type will be Guild Corporate Health Vaccination. Under Other info you will see if the patient filled out the pre-screening checklist and which vaccinations they have requested. You will also see their mobile number.
Please note: You can switch to another date using the arrows to view that day’s bookings or view in the Calendar.
- Select Record Service
- The Immunisation form will launch. Under Patient information, confirm the patients details and fill out all compulsory fields
- Under Pharmacist / authorised immuniser, today’s date is prepopulated. Select yourself from the Pharmacist / immuniser drop-down
Please note: If you do not see yourself in the list, select the + icon to add your details.
- Under Patient vaccination details, you can view the patient's vaccination AIR history,, immunisation history statement and more

- The Pre-vaccination screening checklist can be expanded to view and update by selecting the down arrow
Please note: For customers who have completed the screening online, the list will be pre-populated with their responses and can be updated.
- Add any pharmacist notes
- Complete the Subsidised immunisation checklist (optional)
- Under Patient suitability and consent, the voucher no./organisational code is pre-populated from the booking. Select the checkboxes to confirm the Patient has consented to the vaccination/s and the Patient is assessed and suitable for vaccination
- The Immunisation form allows you to record multiple vaccinations on one form when required. Under Vaccination 1 details, the vaccination time is pre-populated at the time you launched the form. This can be changed.
- Select Infectious disease (e.g Influenza e.g Influenza (Flu) or Hepatitis A from the drop-down list
- Select Vaccine type, Route of administration, Site of administration, Dosage (mL), Dose number, Batch number and Expiry date
- Select Vaccine Funding Type
IMPORTANT: 'Other' MUST be selected for Guild Corporate Health Vaccinations, with the only exception being 'Antenatal', if the patient is pregnant. Please note: 'Private' is no longer a selection.
Please note: You MUST vaccinate using private stock and not vaccinate using Government NIP stock.
- Enter any Comments, Ideal next dose date and select the checkbox if a CMI was provided
- If you are administering more than one vaccine, select + Add another vaccination and repeat the above steps under Vaccination 2
- Under GP details, enter the patients' Health practitioner (optional)
- Once all compulsory fields are entered, select Complete
- The record will be saved in the patients’ Consultation History
