Patients must book online only using an organisational code that is provided by their employer or health fund etc.
- When a patient books, they will visit your booking website and select a date
- Once a date has been selected the patient can choose from the available times
- The patient will then be prompted to enter their details (including all compulsory fields)
Please note: The patient must enter a valid Organisation Code
- When a valid Organisation Code is entered, the employee must enter additional details and select which service they would like from the Service selection dropdown
Please note: Multiple services may be selected (where applicable)
- The patient must accept the Guild Corporate Health and MedAdvisor Privacy Policy and T&Cs, as well as the Security Question and select Next
- The patient will then be prompted to fill out the Pre-Screening Form
Please note: The prescreening answers will pre-populate on the Immunisation service form.
- After reading the below information the patient can select Confirm Booking
- The patient will receive a confirmation of their booking with a booking reference number, and they will be sent an email with the booking details AND receive a reminder 24 hours before the booking
