Guild Corporate Health is a Guild Member Only service that offers pharmacies the opportunity to access patients whose employer (or Health Fund) has offered to pay for a specific service. The employee books online using an organisation code provided directly to them by their organisation. The pharmacy conducts the service and is reimbursed via MedAdvisor’s monthly disbursement process.
MedAdvisor for Pharmacy’s calendar must be used for bookings. Health Engine and other third-party booking systems must NOT be used. To set up your booking link and availability, please follow these steps:
- Locate the installed version of MedAdvisor for Pharmacy.
Please note: You MUST use the installed version of MedAdvisor for Pharmacy and NOT the web version.
- In the menu of MedAdvisor for Pharmacy, select Health Services Hub
- Select the Guild Corporate Health tile and click the arrow (->) in the top right-hand corner
- Select Get Started
- Make sure the Service Status is enabled (default)
- Under Set up Service select Set Up Booking Website – Set up
Please note: You do NOT need to Set Price for this service. Please skip this step.
- Under Setup Booking Website, make sure Use MedAdvisor to accept bookings is selected (default)
- Under Choose where customers book online, make sure Customers book their Guild Corporate Health Vaccinations on the MedAdvisor website is selected (default). MedAdvisor will provide your booking link to the Guild Corporate Health team on your behalf.
- Select Save
- A pop-up will appear. Select OK to confirm
- A tick will appear next to Set up Booking Website
- Under Set up Service select Set Dates and Times – Set up
- Under Set Dates and Times you can choose between the below three options
1. Use Existing Calendar availability
Use the availability of an existing calendar
- Select Booking duration from the drop-down
- Select which existing calendar/room where Guild Corporate health Vaccinations can be booked
Please note: Once a calendar is selected, you will see the current availability
If you do not have an existing calendar to choose from, please proceed to the below options to create a new 'Guild Corporate Health' calendar. - Select Save
2. Select Individual Days
Useful if available only on a few select days
- Select Booking duration from the drop-down
- Select Add day/time to accept bookings
- In the pop-up select the Date and Starts and Ends times that you would like to accept bookings and click OK
Please note: Repeat the above step to add additional availability
- The availability will appear in the Add day/time to accept bookings drop down
- Select Save
3. Select Days of the Week
Useful if running over weeks or months
- Select Booking duration from the drop-down
- Select which days of the week you are available by clicking the tickbox and enter the times
Please note: You current trading hours will be prepopulated but can be changed.
- Select Add Break next to each day to add a break where bookings will not be available
- Select Add day off to add public holidays or other times when you will not accept bookings
- Select Save
- A tick will appear next to Set up Booking Website
Your availability for Guild Corporate Health bookings is now set up and you’re ready to start taking bookings via your MedAdvisor booking link that will be published in the Guild Corporate Health client booking portal.
