The professional services section of the app, located in the Pharmacy tab, will display services that your pharmacy offers and allow them to request the service. To update the services visible to patients, please follow these steps:
- Select Settings in the top right-hand corner of MedAdvisor for Pharmacy and select App settings
- Select the Professional services tab and choose the services you offer at your pharmacy by selecting the corresponding tick box
- Select Save
These services will now show to patients in the app and your patients will be able to request the service. Requests will appear in the Inbox.
