Bookings - Calendar - How to manually add a new service to a calendar – MedAdvisor

Go to Bookings > Calendar in the left-hand menu of MedAdvisor for Pharmacy

From the Select Resources drop-down menu select the calendar you would like to add the service to

Please note: The Calendar will have a Consultation Room as your default calendar. To add additional calendars, select Edit resources

Select the checkbox next to the services that can be booked via the selected Calendar

Select Edit services to edit Time required for services and add additional services manually.

Select Add service to add new service that is NOT part of the existing service list.

A new line will appear in the service list title Service name, with a default time of 5 min

Please note: Description is optional.

Select the eye icon to make the service visible or hidden to customers on your medAdvisor booking website and in the app

Select the drop down next to each service under Time required to set the duration of each booking e.g 5 minutes.
