Customers can be signed up for Landline reminders in PlusOne by MedAdvisor.
1. In PlusOne Sign Up Customers, search for the customer, using their first and / or last name and then select Find
2. Double click on the customer's name and a sign-up patient window will appear.
3. Select Landline, change the customers Title, enter the customer's Home Phone Number and your staff initials
4. Tick the medications which you would like the customers to receive a message about and select OK
The landline message which is sent to customers is a message asking the patient to contact their pharmacy to order their medication.
The message DOES NOT include the medication name and if the patient has multiple medications finishing on the same day or close together, they will only receive one message to contact their pharmacy.
