Applies to PlusOne integrated with Z Dispense
This guide will demonstrate how to locate your Z Dispense Access Key and apply it to PlusOne to enable send-to-dispense functionality for orders containing e-scripts.
1. Locate the PlusOne Main terminal. This can be identified by looking in the top left hand corner of the PlusOne screen and confirming that it says [Main] instead of [Desktop].
Please note, PlusOne must be on at least version 3.48 to be compatible with e-scripts.
2. Open Z Office and navigate to Store Settings - Integration. Ensure that both the Healthnotes and MedAdvisor options are enabled. Locate your Access Key beneath the available integration options and copy it.
3. Open PlusOne and click Settings. Navigate to the Integration tab and paste your Access Key into the relevant field. Hit apply to save the key. You may need to restart PlusOne for the changes to take effect. You will now be able to send e-script tokens directly from inbox orders to dispense.
