MedAdvisor gives customers the ability to sign up and register their account remotely by sending a photo of their Medicare or DVA card and photo of themselves with their valid ID.
To validate a new customer account, please follow the below steps:
1. In the PlusOne Inbox a NEW PATIENT SIGN UP notification will appear. Select View
3. The patient's medications will now appear on the app, within 24 hours.
If there is no match for a new patient in dispense or there are multiple matches, a dialogue box will appear containing the steps to follow.

Please note, if the Customer Verification is not accepted or denied in PlusOne it will expire in 5 days.
