Best Practice will shortly release a new version of their software, Bp Saffron. Unfortunately, this upgrade will not support OzDocsOnline and MedAdvisor Clinic Connect.
We are currently working with Best Practice on a beneficial outcome for our OzDocsOnline and MedAdvisor Clinic Connect users. We will be sure to keep you updated of our progress along the way.
We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused your clinic and patients. Please see below for our FAQs.

Q: Can I message my customers to let them know that OzDocs will be down?
A: Yes, the Practice Administrator can add a notification to patients on the OzDocsOnline landing page. We also recommend you advise your patients that the online booking portal will be unavailable once this upgrade occurs, and to instead call reception.
