If a pharmacy has customers on the MedAdvisor app, what is the best way to move the customers to the branded app?
We recommend that the pharmacy uses the Communications feature in PlusOne to let their MedAdvisor app customers know there is a new branded app coming.

Can the pharmacy message customers to let them know how to switch from the MedAdvisor app to the branded app (Powered by MedAdvisor)?
Once the branded app (Powered by MedAdvisor) is live, the Communications feature can be used to message customers to let them know how to switch to the branded app.
Below is an example message:
Download the ...... app and use your existing MedAdvisor login details to access our new app!
If a customer has the MedAdvisor app, do they need to be signed up again to use the branded app?
No, the customer does not need to be signed up again. The customer will need to download the branded app and use the same login details as their MedAdvisor app to log in to the branded app.
If the pharmacy has never had MedAdvisor and the pharmacy group gets a branded app (Powered by MedAdvisor), which app will customers be connected to?
When the pharmacy has PlusOne by MedAdvisor installed on the pharmacy computers, and signs up customers via Instant Sign Up, the customer will receive an SMS to create a password and will be prompted to download the branded app (Powered by MedAdvisor) NOT the MedAdvisor app.
What happens if the pharmacy is no longer branded with a pharmacy group?
We recommend that the pharmacy uses the Communications feature in PlusOne to let their branded app (Powered by MedAdvisor) customers know the pharmacy will be de-branding and that the customers should download the MedAdvisor app to continue using all the great features in the app.

We recommend this is done approximately 6 weeks before the pharmacy is due to de-brand to give customers plenty of notice that the app will be changing.
Will customers be able to access the branded app (Powered by MedAdvisor) once the pharmacy has de-branded?
No, the login for the branded app (Powered by MedAdvisor) will no longer work, however the customer can access the MedAdvisor branded app with the same login details.
